The 6TRON starter kit enables ALPhANOV to accelerate the development of its electronics for photonics and laser applications.

The Aquitaine Center for Information and Electronic Technologies (CATIE) is developing the 6TRON platform (Industrial Ecosystem and Technological eXpertises for the Realization of Digital Objects). This program, supported by the New Aquitaine region, is intended to stimulate, accelerate and simplify technologically and transversally the projects of products and services for the field of IoT (Internet Of Things) in the territory.

For more than 10 years, ALPhANOV has been developing specific electronics for its photonics projects: laser control, spectroscopy or imaging ... ALPhANOV has thus become a member of the 6TRON community and has acquired its development kit.

The 6TRON platform allows ALPhANOV to accelerate its electronic developments, including the connectivity features and downstream capacity of our projects to quickly industrialize prototyped solutions.

ALPhANOV

Founded in 2007, ALPhANOV is the center of the Lasers & Microwaves French Cluster ALPHA-RLH, located in Bordeaux, France. ALPhANOV aims to boost innovation through collaboration between research and industry. It offers multiple modes of action which enable it to act all along the value chain: collaborative projects, feasibility studies, access to shared technical facilities, dedicated resources for companies and laboratories, technical support of entrepreneurship. It contributes to the creation and development of companies by providing innovative solutions that meet their expectations. It offers an array of services and products in optics and lasers with four fields of expertise: laser processes and micro-machining, laser sources and fiber components, laser and optical systems, photonics and health.

CATIE – Solutions for the digital society:

Created in 2014, CATIE (Aquitain Center for Information Technologies and Electronics) is a technology transfer center specialized in digital technologies whose mission is to support neo-Aquitaine companies in the adoption and integration of digital technologies. CATIE has a multi-disciplinary approach structured around 3 main skills: human factors and "cognition", computer science including "bigdata" and artificial intelligence, and embedded systems in their electronic and software dimensions. In addition to 6TRON, CATIE offers technology platforms in digital simulation, blockchain and robotics.
